When I went to get a RMA... newegg handed me off to the 3rd part seller and wanted nothing to do with the process. No UPS shipping, no waiving of restock fees. Yes.. I have to pay $6 restocking fee for an item I received that was broken. Yes.. I have to pay to ship a defective item back to newegg 3rd party seller I had a defective item purchased on newegg marketplace.
